Here at PC Builder, we take great caution in where we buy our components that we use in our customer's computer builds.
We certify that all products we buy are brand new and are from trusted sources on the internet.
We will always enclose the original boxes within the package as well as a copy of the receipt given to us by the supplier of the components.
How delivery works...
We use Royal Mail special delivery to deliver your package.
Once we have finished building your configuration (this takes up to 14 days), we will send it to Royal Mail and it will be delivered within 2 working days.
We will also email you to let you
know when Royal Mail
has your package.
Our payment system is secure and straight forward...
We make paying for your configuration really easy by using PayPal as our payment platform.
Once you have sent in your specifications for your build, and we have replied to confirm this, you will shortly receive a PayPal invoice from us, requesting the cost of your build.
Simply pay the amount through the invoice and we will start building your PC as soon as your payment has gone through - it's that simple!
